DAIR Program Officers

DAIR Program Officers are UHD Scholars who lead the way in collaborative efforts between the Urban Education Faculty, Staff, and Students.  Their primary responsibilities include:


1.    Support Program Planning: Assist in the initial stages of program development, including research, documentation, and the collection of required resources.
2.    Scheduling and Coordination: Help schedule meetings, workshops, and other program-related activities. Ensure all scholars are informed of key dates and deliverables.
3.    Document Management: Maintain and organize program-related documents, ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
4.    Communication: Serve as a point of contact for program participants or stakeholders, answering queries, and disseminating necessary information.
5.    Data Management: Collect, input, and manage data relevant to the program. Assist in the preparation of reports and updates.
6.    Resource Allocation: Track the use of program resources, including budgets, materials, and personnel. Flag any potential shortages or discrepancies.
7.    Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of program-related events or workshops.
