We hope this message finds you safe and well after the tornado that struck Houston on Thursday, May 16, 2024. We understand the hardships many of you have faced and hope that power has been restored for most, if not all of you. Should you require additional resources, please don't hesitate to reach out—we are here to support you.
Congratulations are in order! To those accepted into the Educator Preparation Program, and to those who have completed their PD 1’s and PD 2’s, your hard work and dedication are truly commendable. We recognize the challenges posed by limited class availability and the rigorous path you are on, and we thank you for your perseverance.
We also want to celebrate all of you who have successfully completed another year of college. Your commitment to your education is inspiring, and we are proud of each and every one of you.
Looking ahead, please mark your calendars: applications for Cohort #2 will open on January 2, 2024. Additionally, T-shirts and polos have been ordered and will be distributed at the start of the Fall 2024-2025 semester.
Save the date for our mandatory Summer Bridge event on July 26, 2024. This is a crucial opportunity to connect, prepare, and set the stage for another successful academic year.
